TO ALL PARENTS, PLAYERS AND CHEERLEADERS:
Practices will be Tuesday thru Thursday from 5:30-7:30.
Congratulations to the Pee-Wee, Junior and Senior cheerleading teams who executed excellent routines for a fabulous performance at the Chicopee Cheerleading festival. We are very proud of your accomplishments.
Our next JV game will be Saturday Oct 31 at Westfield; Seniors are at 9 am and the Juniors will follow. See your coaches for the times you need to arrive at the field. We are playing at Bullens Field at the Westfield Vocational School. Directions to the field are, Rte 32 to the Mass Pike (west). Get off at exit 3 and take Rte 202/10 south for 2 miles. Turn right onto Franklin St. (Rte 20 west); continue for about .8 mile and turn left onto Hubbard for about ¼ miles, the field will be on your left.
Our next Varsity game is this Sunday November 1 against Quaboag at Roach Field. Peewee kickoff is at noon, with the other levels to follow, see your coaches for the times you need to arrive at the field.
Every year we conclude our season with a couple of events. One event will be Parent’s Night on Saturday Nov 7. This is an opportunity for parents to get together, meet other parents and relax after 3 months of football. We do this at the Hardwick Winery with Happy Hour at 6 pm, dinner at 7 pm and dancing till midnight. I encourage all parents to join us. The price per person is only $10 and we always have a great time. Tickets will be on sale at the snack-shed on weekends or with Marty Tremblay during the week. The only draw back is that we can only seat 100 people, so tickets are on a first come basis. Hope to see you there.
Saturday November 7 from11-12 will be Equipment Returns at Roach Field. Your equipment must be returned CLEAN AND DRY or you will not receive your trophy at awards night.
Saturday night November 21 from 5-8 pm on will be our Awards Banquette at Quabbin Regional High School. This is the way we close our season. There will be a pot luck dinner at 5 with the presentation of awards to follow. Parents of Pee-Wee and Junior players/cheerleaders are asked to bring a main dish, Senior players/cheerleaders are asked to bring drinks and deserts.
